My passion for natural health started young. At just six years old I visited a naturopath for the first time and experienced results that made a profound impression on me. Growing up in a family with a number of health challenges, I saw firsthand how much the right support could change someone’s quality of life. That early experience never left me.

More than two decades later, I still bring that same curiosity, empathy, and commitment to every patient I see. I work primarily with women navigating the complexities of hormonal health — from painful periods and PMS in their twenties, to the often misunderstood territory of perimenopause and menopause. Whatever stage of life you’re in, I’m here to meet you where you’re at.

How I Work

I believe that mainstream and naturopathic medicine work best together — not in opposition. My approach draws on the best of both worlds: the rigour of evidence-based medicine and the wisdom of traditional herbal practice, combined with a genuine desire to understand your whole health picture.

When you come to see me, I’m not just looking at your symptoms. I’m looking at your history, your lifestyle, your stress levels, your cycle, your sleep — everything that makes up the full picture of your health. From there I put together a plan that’s built specifically around you.

I use a range of tools to support my assessments including functional testing, iridology, hair tissue mineral analysis, conventional pathology, and detailed case taking. Your treatment plan may include bespoke herbal medicine formulas, nutritional supplements, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations — always tailored to your needs and preferences.
