I have had a passion for natural health for over 20 yrs. I first visited a naturopath when I was six year old and experienced dramatic and positive results. This together with my mother’s enthusiasm for healthy living fuelled my interest. Having come from a family with a number of health challenges, I can empathise with clients in various stages of health.

I use variety of tools to assess your health, including- iridology, nutritional counseling, salivary hormone testing, case taking, hair tissue analysis, blood pathology and Quadscan bioimpedance analysis medical device.

All areas of ill-health are enthusiastically treated, but my passion is to empower women to improve their health and well-being, and to support the creation of healthy babies.

I love to provide preconception care, working with couples to improve fertility, and supporting women through menopause and all stages of life.

Coming from a family with generational health challenges, I am increasingly interested in how epigenetics shapes our lives and that of future generations, and love to give parents the ability to optimise their child’s health, thereby helping to promote the best possible health for people at the start of their lives.
